Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped on Mondays, usually UPS sometimes FedEX.

We take great care in preparing and packing each item, but once a package is handed over to the carrier, we cannot be responsible for how it is treated during transit.

Every box is clearly labeled as Fragile to encourage careful handling.

If the weather is expected to fall below 60°F, we strongly recommend adding a heat pack to help protect the contents of your order.
